When I was 16, my mom asked me what I wanted to do when I grew up ( it was time to look at college option) and I remember very cleary responding  » I want to help people be happy with their work ». At 16 I already understood how much work was part of our lives and what a waste it was to be disappointed and drained with our job. I always felt so much empathy and sadness for those who wake up on Monday wishing to be Friday so that they can feel alive again.

After starting my career in Human Resources, I am now at 37 a certified professional Coach and my mission is still the same  » helping people be happy and create extraordinary lives through their work… one imperfect action at a time ».

This is why when I read this quote tonight I just said :
« YES, hell YES !! »
